Made these for dinner last night, and I wanted to share the recipe from Veggie Inspired Journey.
It was Cinco de mayo, so this was the perfect meal for the evening. Jay even enjoyed these Vegan tacos. Yum!
I highly recommend them! They come together pretty quickly and are just so tasty!
